The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the month-end close process, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, managing project costs and budgets, and providing support for business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate/development project cost accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
