We are looking for a talented and passionate Senior Graphic Designer to join our company venture, Willow . In this full-time position , you will contribute to creating visually stunning and impactful digital campaigns that drive results for our company.
You’ll have the opportunity to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.
This position requires working a fixed US schedule, with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
Seniority Level: Senior Level
Responsibilities:
Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
Present design concepts and ideas to internal teams, and incorporate feedback into final designs
Ensure that all designs meet the company standard and align with project briefs and brand guidelines
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrate new resources/techniques where needed
Requirements:
5 years of experience in digital graphic design or related field
Proven experience as a digital designer with a portfolio of strong paid advertising work
Proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.), Figma
Experience producing designs for emails, social media, and paid media
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter mindset with a passion for delivering fast output and good design
Nice-to-haves:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
Proficient in digital motion and video graphic production tools
Experience in retail marketing or digital branding
Direct experience with consumer e-commerce
Experience working in the telemedicine field.
