Your Role

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of the marketing tribe, driving impact by:

1. Create high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with AlGooru’s brand identity and marketing goals.
2. Lead the design process for digital ads, social media, and print assets, ensuring consistency and innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs that contribute to customer acquisition and engagement.

A Day In Your Life

1. Lead the design and production of marketing materials, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

2. Develop creative concepts for digital and print designs, including ads, social media, and broadcast materials.

3. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure design assets align with campaign objectives and user experience.

4. Optimize landing pages and UI/UX designs to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

5. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.

6. Focus on creating design elements that drive engagement and optimize click-through rates (CTR).

Requirements

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer

• Deep understanding of Saudi culture (do's & don'ts)

• Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and branding

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (Blender, CapCut, and Canva are a plus)

• Experience in 2D/3D animation, kinetic typography, video editing, color grading, and sound editing

• Strong experience with UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms

• Ability to analyze design performance and adjust based on key metrics (CTR, engagement)
