What You’ll Do- Develop detailed, accurate cost estimates for a range of civil construction projects
- Review RFPs, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather competitive pricing
- Identify project risks, constraints, and opportunities to refine bid strategies
- Track and analyze project costs, contributing to the continuous improvement of estimating practices
- Stay current on industry trends, labor rates, and material costs
What You Bring- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in civil, road, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong background in earthwork estimating
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with construction estimating software
- A proactive mindset and a passion for learning and growth
