School RN - Topsham, Maine Mondays & Thursdays 7:15 to 2:30 Interim HealthCare- Maine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to students in Topsham, ME. The ideal candidate will support the health and well-being of students by delivering timely medical assistance, managing chronic conditions, and promoting a safe and healthy school environment. Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
• Assess and manage acute and chronic health conditions in a school setting.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with special needs.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to support student health.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Ensure compliance with school health policies and state regulations.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
