Our client, an industry leader in aerospace solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of the sales department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong technical background, which will align successfully within the organization.

+ Drive new business growth by promoting the company's products and services to prospective clients.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the aerospace industry.
+ Travel to customer sites and industry events to expand market presence and secure new opportunities.
+ Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and develop proposals that meet customer needs.
+ Analyze customer requirements, prepare specifications, and recommend design modifications or solutions.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
+ At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the aerospace industry.
+ Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical sales processes.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
+ Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites and industry events.
