zTrip, the largest taxi transportation company in North America, is hiring Dispatchers to help coordinate and manage transportation for our clients and programs. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready for a fast-paced role, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule transportation for WHC programs and clients.
• Help with driver routing and provide support as needed.
• Monitor trips, adjust routes, and ensure on-time service.
• Confirm driver availability and manage schedule changes.
• Respond to calls, texts, emails, and radio alerts professionally.
• Address client and passenger inquiries courteously.
• Record customer requests, service details, and other dispatch information.
• Advise drivers about traffic or weather issues.
• Complete other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a call center or dispatch role.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other scheduling software.
• Strong customer service and decision-making skills.
• High school diploma required.
