"We dedicate our lives to caring for yours"  BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team. BayCare offers a variety of assignment options including: · System Pool and Seasonal Pool- 13-week full time NICU assignments. Current assignments available at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater and Winter Haven Women's Hospital for June start date- unit provided schedule - block scheduling is not available. The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. · The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care. · Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in the departments · Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. · The Registered Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned. All BayCare hospitals have been awarded the Pathways to Excellence, which recognizes health care organizations for positive practice environments where nurses excel. **Minimum Requirements:** · Registered Nurse license · BLS · ACLS(AHA) · Associate degree in nursing (ASN).
