" Excellent company looking to add a RN Assistant Administrator to their team! Facility provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Assists the Administrator in formulation of general and program policies by providing background information and interprets the implications for the Agency of policies considered.

DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities include assisting with the following: •Ensuring growth and profitability of local agency •Coordinating clinical services and programs of the agency •Preparing and implementing office budget •Assures compliance with all necessary standards and regulations •Active involvement in Accreditation process •Responsible for operational functions of the office including rate settings and adjustments, reviewing financial data and investigating discrepancies, maintaining petty cash, and authorizing accounts payable •Provide role modeling of team work, accountability, and a positive attitude In return for your expertise, you’ll enjoy excellent training, industry-leading benefits and unlimited opportunities to learn and grow. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or supervisory capacity in a home health agency, hospice or other related health program required. Experience in business administration preferred. Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes, may require on-call rotation, and travel to regional meetings. May also require work after normal business hours to accommodate referrals and client/business needs.

Education Requirements: Associate's Degree in business, health care, nursing or related field preferred. RN required.
