How You’ll Contribute:

As a member of our Risk Advisory Services Team, you will be expected to be an active contributor of the team, assisting with the planning, execution and completion of operational, regulatory, and compliance assessments, as well as risk management strategies, processes and controls for financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions. 

• Execute and oversee testing of business processes and controls and identify areas of BSA/AML and Sanction risk for clients
• Review the implementation of BSA/AML and Sanction detection and prevention systems and methods
• Develop creative and practical recommendations for improvement that address identified BSA/AML and Sanction risks
• Develop and maintain relationships with client personnel and commit to constantly delivering exceptional client service.
• Work cooperatively with client’s internal departments to obtain and analyze necessary information related to the engagement
• This is a great opportunity if you would like to travel to different engagements

Requirements

What Skills You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience within BSA/AML & Sanctions compliance environment
• Prior consulting experience preferred
• Preferred employers include Consulting Firms, Banks, or Examiners
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance , or Law [RG1]
• Industry relevant licensure preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
