Recruiting Coordinator – Clinic-Based (Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiting)

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join our in-house team in Fayetteville, NC. This is an entry-level, clinic-based recruiting role supporting hiring across our autism treatment centers.
This position is especially well-suited for candidates with prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who are interested in transitioning into a professional recruiting career. Experience in ABA or pediatric healthcare environments is highly valued.
Prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) strongly preferred
Experience in ABA, pediatric, or allied healthcare environments preferred
Interest in building a career in healthcare recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working fully on-site in a clinic-based environment
Recruiting experience helpful but not required
$35,000–$40,000 annual salary
