  • Real Estate License : An active Colorado real estate license is required.
  • Experience : 1+ years of real estate sales experience preferred though driven newcomers with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of the Colorado Front Range Market : Understanding of local neighborhoods, schools, and market trends.
  • CRM Proficiency : Experience with CRM platforms for managing client relationships and tracking leads.
  • Sales Skills : Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving client goals.
  • Marketing Savvy : Ability to use social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation to attract and engage clients.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional client interactions.
  • Organizational Skills : Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client-First Mindset : A strong commitment to client satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
