Quality Control Manager - Precast Building

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for our precast building division. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet safety and quality standards through effective inspection and compliance practices, while also leading a team to uphold the highest quality control procedures. We are looking for a candidate who has level 1 and level 2 PCI cerftifications. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for precast products.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
• Analyze data and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers to address quality issues and defects promptly.
• Oversee the certification processes for PCI Level 1 and 2, as well as ACI Concrete Field Technician certification.
• Maintain thorough documentation of quality control activities and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in the construction or precast industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of QC procedures, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Certification as PCI Level 1 and ACI Concrete Field Technician 1 is required; PCI Level 2 is a plus.
• Proficient in mathematics and quality assurance practices.
