What You'll Do:

As a Purchasing Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our IT procurement, ensuring we have the tools and resources we need to succeed. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

Support Technology Acquisitions: Assist in the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services, making sure everything aligns with our needs and budgets.
Manage Records: Maintain accurate records of all IT acquisitions, including orders, invoices, and vendor contracts.
Track Orders and Deliveries: Monitor the status of orders, shipments, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
Assist with Inventory: Help manage our IT asset inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software.
What You'll Bring:

A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus!).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well with vendors and internal teams.
