Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatrist to diagnose, treat, and prevent mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. This role requires expertise in psychopharmacology and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications:
◆Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
◆Licensure/Certifications:
◆Current state medical license.
◆Board certification in Psychiatry.
◆Active DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
◆Experience: Completion of residency in Psychiatry.
◆Technical Skills: Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnostics, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy modalities.
◆Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, empathy, and ability to communicate effectively with patients and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
◆Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
◆Diagnose disorders using DSM-5 criteria and develop individualized treatment plans.
◆Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, adjusting dosages as needed.
◆Provide psychotherapy sessions for patients when clinically appropriate.
◆Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers for integrated care.
◆Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and update treatment strategies.
◆Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
