Job Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote, but must live in North Carolina

Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience

Employment Type: 90-day contract with potential for permanent hire

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) available during contract period

Position Overview

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire Provider Enrollment Specialists. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team and contribute to a high-impact project. The role focuses on enrolling healthcare providers with various insurance payors to ensure they are credentialed and authorized to practice in designated states.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process 15–20 provider enrollment applications daily
• Maintain accurate records of application statuses and updates
• Respond to inquiries and support requests via Zendesk
• Handle both individual applications and delegated rosters
• Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to a growing department with limited SOPs

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in provider enrollment
• Familiarity with CAQH and major payors such as Medicare and BCBS
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Comfortable using Google Sheets and other tech tools
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional demeanor and reliability are essential
