Responsibilities:
- Manage survey projects and communicate with clients
- Oversee multiple survey crews and office staff, providing technical support
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Ensure compliance with all corporate QA/QC requirements
- Solicit new work opportunities and exhibit strong technical writing abilities
- Make recommendations for hiring survey staff and related personnel
- Responsible for team building and mentoring of junior staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Current Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in the state of MA
- 10+ years of experience with PLS license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with Civil3D, MicroStation, and Carlson Survey
- Project Management experience
