Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.)

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and comprehensive surveying solutions tailored to our clients' unique project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.

- Utilize 3D scanning, mobile LiDAR, and aerial scanning technologies.

- Perform ROW mapping and subdivision surveys.

- Ensure all survey work complies with legal and regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project managers.

- Prepare detailed survey reports and maps.

- Supervise field crews and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications:

- Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license in Louisiana.

- Proven experience in land surveying and mapping.

- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Valid driver's license.
