Nice & Fresh Cleaners is in search of both residential daytime and commercial evening and weekend cleaners.

We are in search of exceptional individuals that have a passion for being of service and a knack for all things clean. No professional experience is required, but an awareness for detail is important. We very much value integrity in character and a desire to be helpful and of service for our clients and other team members.

We can can work the right candidates into part-time or full-time schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay is $20 hour after a quick training period at $17.50/hour (100-hour max training period). Common to earn $20 - $23 hour with base pay and tips before or after 100 hours of training period. Experience and good results can get up to $20 base pay quicker.
• Additional earnings through tips, supplies and travel pay
• 401(k) matching for vested / eligible employees
• $1,000 Sign-on bonus given with 400 hours of work
• Base pay is currently $17.50 for training, $20 after up to $23 Hr for cleaning staff before tips.

Essential Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and navigate stairs
• Clean background check
• Work authorization in the United States
• This is a commuter heavy job. The job is best for candidates that live within the greater Asheville/Buncombe area.
