PR and Influencer Marketing Intern Department:Marketing - PR Location:El Segundo, CA About Kate Somerville Female founder. Skincare trailblazer. Skin Health Expert. Overview: The Kate Somerville team is in search of a creative, enthusiastic, and diligent marketing intern. You will work directly with the PR and Influencer Marketing team to assist in the various activations, events, new launches and support with day-to-day functions. This is a part-time, paid internship. What You-ll Do: + Assist PR/Influencer Marketing Asst. Manager with talent discovery across social platforms for organic and paid influencer activity. + Use data and knowledge of skincare trends to help identify talent for campaigns, meeting brand objectives and goals. + Assist in managing influencer deliverables programming, including securing products/materials and tracking. + Support with keeping Tribe updated daily with social posts across platforms. + Assist in maintaining the influencer database to ensure it is up to date. + Responsible for tracking product orders and sends to ensure deadlines are met. Job Requirements: + Experience within the PR/Influencer space required. + A passion for the influencer/social space & knowledge & interest of beauty content & creators on Instagram/TikTok. + Excellent written & verbal communication skills. + Strong attention to detail, highly creative, open-minded, and collaborative. + Energetic self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills to formulate and articulate value points to internal & external teams This is a hybrid part-time position and requires being in our El Segundo office 2 days/week (Tuesday & Wednesday). The expected base salary range for this position is $18-20/hour.
