Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency and quality in every order.
• Grill and prepare our signature Bosnian ćevapi, maintaining the authentic flavor and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food preparation and storage areas comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and kitchen supplies, ensuring freshness and availability of ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in developing new recipes and menu items, contributing to our innovative culinary offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef/Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in preparing and cooking pizzas, as well as grilling meats, particularly ćevapi.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for cooking and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
