Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with a strong background in leading Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) programs for enterprise clients. As a PIM Data Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing our PIM system to ensure efficient and accurate product data management across the organization. This role will directly support our multichannel customer strategy and serve all distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute custom MDM and PIM strategies and solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Modernize and optimize data domains to align with evolving business requirements.
• Design and implement robust data architecture frameworks.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across product information.
• Leverage cloud technologies (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure also applicable) to support PIM system scalability and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, dictionaries, and metadata for the PIM system.
• Optimize data integration, flow, and storage to enhance PIM system performance.
• Provide technical leadership from a data engineering perspective to drive efficient solutions.
• Maintain and document technical processes, ensuring clear communication across teams.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in developing MDM and PIM solutions for enterprise environments.
• Expertise in data architecture design, quality, and governance.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, with preference for GCP (AWS and Azure also acceptable).
• Strong foundation in Java programming and data engineering principles.
• Exceptional documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce industry, particularly as it pertains to MDM and PIM systems.
