Pharmasave on Salt Spring Island, BC is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day activities in the dispensary
• Ensure employees follow proper policies and procedures for receiving, handling, compounding, and dispensing medications
• Ensure inventory is managed efficiently
• Keep accurate inventory of narcotics
• Promote healthy and trusting relationships with clients
• Create policies and procedures to enhance patient care and to increase efficiency in the dispensary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a pharmacist
• Mandatory Pharmacy Manager training from College of Pharmacists of BC
• License in good standing with College of Pharmacists of BC
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Friendly and kind to both coworkers and clients.
• Injection certification.
• First Aid/CPR.
• OAT certification.
• Proficiency with Kroll
