Job Summary: Anytime Fitness Roselle, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a part-time individual contributor, the Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one fitness training to members, delivering high-energy team workouts, creating personalized workout plans, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. This position offers a competitive base pay with the opportunity for commission. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a base pay of $20 to $50 per hour, with unlimited potential for commission beyond that, based on qualifications and experience as well as client load. Pay will be distributed biweekly. Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one fitness consultations with members to assess their fitness goals, limitations, and preferences.
• Create personalized workout plans tailored to each member's specific needs and goals.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and monitor clients' form and progress, both in 1-on-1 and group settings.
• Provide motivation, support, and accountability to clients during their fitness journey.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating members on proper nutrition and fitness habits.
• Keep records of client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the club's team to provide outstanding customer service and maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge and trends to provide clients with the most current and effective fitness techniques.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid certification from a recognized fitness organization such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, or NSCA. Applications that do not reference which certification you hold will not be considered.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in personal training or a related field, or at minimum experience training friends/family.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and exercise physiology.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels.
• Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are a must.
