Position: Pega Lead System Architect
Description:
PEGA Certified Lead System Architect will lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert business requirements, process flows, and use cases into fully functional applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and empowering application development teams.
- Meeting with end users and technical staff to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Proposing comprehensive solutions based on business and technical needs.
- Developing user interface, service tier, data tier components, infrastructure or security for PRPC.
- Establishing standards, repeatable processes, and reusable components.
- Assisting in project planning, timeline development, technical team composition, and leveling resources.
- Mentoring team members to promote consistency and improve productivity.
- Reviewing technical deliverables and adhering to EAI team standards and guidelines.
- Acting as liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITO PEGA teams, translating between technical and non-technical team members.
- Working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and business analysts.
- Translating business requirements into application solutions.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
- Performing multiple roles as needed during the project lifecycle.
- Leading client workshops, mentoring team members, and supporting customer success teams.
Very strong IT technical background is required. Requirements: Mandatory Qualifications: - 3+ years post PEGA Lead System Architect Certification experience
- Minimum 7 years work experience post PEGA SSA Certification
- Minimum 7 years of PEGA Lead Development experience
- Minimum 7 years of Use Case Development
- Minimum 7 years experience with DB2, SQL Server
- 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
- 12+ years relevant IT work experience
- Strong experience in organizations delivering software products to customers
- Experience managing software functional requirements throughout SDLC
- Participation in Agile development environments
- Hands-on configuration and deployment of enterprise software solutions
- Documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material
- Solid experience in PEGA business process modeling, change management, functional design and development
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills
