NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTER.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that passengers arrive at their destinations safely, comfortably, and on time. If you are professional, dependable, and committed to excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the vehicle, including parking and navigating loading/unloading areas.
• Assist clients in boarding and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Use smart mobile technology to communicate with dispatch, receive trip schedules, report pick-up/drop-off times, and update on traffic delays.
• Notify clients of any late arrivals, if necessary.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and properly secure wheelchairs and stretchers in the vehicle.
• Perform daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid, non-expired state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• at least 2 years DMV driving record.
• Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and a criminal background check.
• Comfortable using smart mobile technology, GPS applications, 2-way radios, and cell phones.
