Frank Family Vineyards, a Treasury Americas ("TWE") company, is a Ultra-Premium Napa Valley winery, housed in Napa Valley's historic Larkmead Winery where we hand craft wines that live up to the heritage of the land. About the role

This position supports our busy tasting room by moving glassware and dishes to and from the kitchen in the presence of guests; as well as washing, polishing dishes and glasses, carrying multiple plates and glassware. Weekends and Holidays will be required.

Key Responsibilities
* Operates a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize glassware and dishes
* Hand rinses and scrubs dishes
* Follow all food safety and sanitation practices
* Clears, cleans, and resets tables promptly
* Maintains proper table alignment and setup
* Cleans all dishes in a timely and organized manner
* Restocks glassware in all areas
* Inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips or stains
* Follows proper closing procedures to keep cleaned and organized
* Punctual and keeps good attendance
* Familiar with and abides with all Treasury's policies procedures and systems
* Professional on all levels while clocked in or on company premises
* Comes to work with positive attitude and outlook on the day

About you
* You can do constant standing and walking
* You can do occasional stooping and kneeling
* You can do pushing, pulling and lifting up to 40 pounds
* You can do constant reaching, turning and performing precision work in the kitchen area
* You can do constant ascending and descending stairs and ramps
* You can speak and effectively communicate in English, both orally and written communication
* You are self-motivated, highly organized, and require minimal day-to-day direction
* You are able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
* You have a clean professional appearance and able to represent TWE internally and externally
* You are able travel on occasion to other company locations
* You are at least 18 years of age

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $18 to $22 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the Calistoga CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
