We are looking to hire an experienced  paralegal in Estate Probate, Litigation and Real Estate. If you're hard-working and dedicated, The Law Offices of Deborah L. Pico, LLC in Fort Lee NJ is an ideal place to be. The Paralegal will provide support to company by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with case management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities for Paralegal

• Experienced paralegal with specialty in Estate Probate and Estate Litigation. Real estate experience also required.
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Able to handle real estate closings from beginning to end with little or no supervision.
• Able to handle estate probate matters, and simple estate accountings.
• NY experience for estates and real estate a plus but not required.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and answering phone calls - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Utilize document management systems to organize and store legal files.

Qualifications for Paralegal

• 5+ years' ESTATE PROBATE/LITIGATION and REAL ESTATE experience
• NY experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
• Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues
• Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
• Superior written and oral communication skills

Job: Full Time or Part Time

• Salary commensurate with experience
• Not Remote - In Office Position
• Benefits available if Full Time

She has also been licensed to practice law in New York, for over 30 years.
