Job Description: 

• Thinkfind is seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using the latest .NET technologies. 
• In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver enterprise-grade solutions, optimize SQL Server databases, and integrate message brokers for robust application communication. 
• You will also implement concurrent processing strategies, conduct rigorous testing and code reviews, troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems, and contribute to overall performance improvements. 
• This position includes on-call support every seven weeks and allows remote work two days per week.

Qualifications: 

• The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of professional experience in .NET development, including advanced expertise with modern .NET frameworks such as .NET Core and .NET 6. 
• Proficiency in SQL Server, message broker technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, or WebSphere MQ), and strong problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be detail-oriented, and be capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with rules engines like Drools or NRules and emerging generative AI technologies is a plus. 
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and candidates must be located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
