Your New Role: Medical Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist
As a valuable member of our team, you will take on the role of a Medical Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing process and providing excellent client support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- This is an ON-SITE position.
- Efficiently manage Accounts Receivable, ensuring financial operations run smoothly.
- Engage in day-to-day client support and seamless collaboration.
- Review, submit, and diligently follow up on claims and denials.
- Address billing problems, resolving client issues with finesse.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for informed decision-making.
- Handle payment posting and charge entry as needed.
- Be a proactive team player, contributing to various office tasks.
Required Qualifications:
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience, showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new practice management and billing software.
