* **Media Buying & Execution:** Plan, negotiate, and manage media campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads).
* **Creative Collaboration:** Create, edit, and design compelling campaign assets using tools like Canva, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
* **Storytelling:** Develop narratives and messaging that captivate and engage target audiences.
* **Performance Analysis:** Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI and meet KPIs.
* **Problem-Solving:** Devise innovative solutions to campaign challenges and identify new opportunities.
* **Adaptability:** Stay updated on media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
* **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals and timelines.

Qualifications:
* **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in media buying or a similar role with proven results.
* **Skills:**
* Proficiency in media buying platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
* Strong storytelling, strategic thinking, and English communication skills.
* Dependable with excellent time management abilities.
* Graphic design and editing skills, with experience in Canva (required).
* Adaptability to changing priorities and trends.
* **Collaboration:** Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively during PST business hours.
* **Education:** No formal degree is required; relevant experience and a strong portfolio are valued more than diplomas.
