This position will help drive lead generation and nurture strategies that fuel pipeline growth in addition to using data, automation, and creativity to generate measurable results. Reporting to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, and collaborating closely with the broader Demand Generation team, the Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in how InEight reaches, engages, and nurtures prospective customers. ***This position is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 6 months.** **Responsibilities** + Process monthly invoices related to various marketing budgets. + Manage MCAE (formerly Pardot) data via list uploads, clearing sync errors, building audiences, etc. + Build and test marketing emails, support program optimizations, and manage shared marketing inboxes. + Conduct weekly QA checks of chatbot activity, validate conversations, and recommend prompt or logic improvements. + Assist in creating, launching, and A/B testing new chatbot and pop-up offers. + Play an active role in review site management by claiming, updating, and monitoring InEight's profiles. + Contribute to monthly performance reporting as needed. + Miscellaneous tasks as needed to support marketing programs. **Qualifications** + 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or demand generation preferred + Strong interest in digital marketing, analytics, and B2B demand generation. + Team player with strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. + Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-paced, professional marketing environment. + Familiarity with marketing technology such as Salesforce, MCAE, Google Analytics, or 6sense is a plus.
