• Point of contact for contracted carriers, client retail stores and distribution centers.

• Perform daily carrier track & trace. Communicate loads at risk of service failure.

• Proactively follow up with stores to ensure specialized deliveries are occurring as scheduled.

• Execute a variety of intermediate-to-advanced reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Audit carrier and delivery schedules for accuracy.

• Answer customer service hotline as a support function and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months domestic transportation planning experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to new software programs and systems.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work remotely with reliable internet and phone access.
