Position Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)provides nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and the hospice care plan. Responsibilities include monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications and treatments, reporting changes in patients' status, and ensuring comfort and dignity for hospice patients. LVN collaborates with other health care professionals to meet patient and family needs in a compassionate manner.
