Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the firm's leadership to enhance existing practice areas and contribute to the establishment of new practice areas.
Demonstrate a commitment to business development, with a focus on growing and maintaining a substantial book of business.
Engage in high-stakes insurance defense cases, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Collaborate with Big Law firms both as adversaries and co-counsel, showcasing your ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in NY, NJ, or Philadelphia (additional admissions a plus).
Proven track record of generating new clients and business, with a substantial book of business preferred.
Strong network within the legal community.
Experience in insurance defense is highly desirable.
Compensation:
Competitive starting salary: $200k-$250k, with potential for up to $300k for candidates with a book of business close to $1mm.
Additional 25% generation credit on top of base salary.
