They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operations Manager to oversee the daytoday operations of their office and drive strategic decisions to support their mission. Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage schedules workflows and resources to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain office policies procedures and best practices.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise and support administrative and legal staff fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews provide training opportunities and facilitate professional growth.
  • Act as a liaison between management and staff ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Strategic DecisionMaking:
  • Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals and implement initiatives to achieve them.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and legal practice innovations to keep the firm competitive.
  • Client Experience:
  • Ensure clients receive a high level of care and attention throughout their journey with the firm.
  • Oversee systems and processes to deliver seamless and efficient client interactions.
  • Handle escalations with empathy and professionalism providing solutions that align with their mission.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage the office budget including tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Coordinate billing accounts receivable and financial reporting with the finance team.
  • Identify opportunities for financial growth and operational savings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of office management legal operations or similar leadership roles preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business administration management or related field; advanced degree or certification in operations management is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office technology and software including legal case management systems.
