About the Opportunity:
Based in the heart of Houston, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering beautifully functional outdoor environments that enrich lives and inspire connection. As a Landscape Architect, you'll play a key role in shaping residential and urban landscapes that reflect both client visions and ecological responsibility. You'll work alongside architects, designers, and planners in a collaborative setting where your voice and creativity matter.

What They're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture , Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in residential landscape design (experience in Texas climates and plant materials is a major plus).

Strong design and technical proficiency with tools such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD , and Adobe Creative Suite.

A portfolio that demonstrates a clear understanding of site planning, planting design, hardscape detailing , and visual storytelling.

Experience in project coordination or management is a big advantage.

Strong communication skills - someone who can articulate ideas clearly to clients and collaborate smoothly with team members.

A self-starter with a passion for high-quality design, sustainability, and creating spaces people truly love.

️ What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and support the design and documentation of residential and mixed-use landscape projects from concept to completion.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate vision into stunning, functional outdoor environments .

Manage aspects of project development including site analysis, planting plans, construction documentation, and material selection .

Collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility .

Handle project planning, scheduling, and budgeting , ensuring deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with Houston's local zoning regulations , climate-responsive strategies, and sustainable practices.
