Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate content in German to ensure it aligns with company policies and community guidelines.
• Identify and report any content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates platform regulations.
• Stay informed on content policies and apply them consistently across reviews.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for users.
• Work closely with internal teams to address content-related issues.
• Provide constructive feedback and support in updating moderation policies as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).
• Good command of English (B2 or above).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent judgment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive material with professionalism.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is an advantage, but not essential (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with social media and online communities is a plus.
