Now Hiring: Janitor – Condominium Complex (Honolulu, HI)

Position: Janitor

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Pay: Up to $18/hour

Schedule:

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Monday – Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Friday (if available): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Parking: On-site parking is available.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at a condominium complex in Honolulu. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents and guests by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all common areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean amenity rooms (counters, furniture, microwaves, sinks, walls, and arranging items).

• Empty trash bins throughout the building.

• Sweep, dust, mop, and polish floors in lobbies and common areas.

• Vacuum carpets, entry mats, and assigned floors.

• Clean elevator lobbies (floors 3–7) and elevator tracks.

• Sweep and clean stairwells and railings.

• Sweep parking garage, guest stalls, assigned spaces, and common areas.

• Maintain cleanliness of the Loading Zone.

• Clean recreation deck (barbecue grills, trash cans, and surrounding areas).

• Maintain trash chute areas, including wiping doors and cleaning rooms.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred.

• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
