Investigator

Location: Austin, TX

The Staff Pad has partnered with a rapidly growing law firm to hire an experienced Investigator . This role will support attorneys by conducting thorough investigations, collecting evidence, locating witnesses, and preparing detailed reports to strengthen case outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accident scene inspections, evidence collection, and background research

• Locate and interview witnesses; prepare written investigative reports and diagrams

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on case priorities

• Manage investigative caseload independently and support litigation efforts

• Utilize technology and research tools for evidence gathering
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Investigative, claims, or law firm experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency with technology, internet research, and social media
