Company is looking for an in-house General Counsel to serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to the company, with a particular focus on employee relation, deal reviews, and contract building. Reporting to the CEO, you will work with a variety of business units impacting important business decisions while carrying out the legal departments mission to contribute to companys success by providing clear, timely, thoughtful, professional, and practical legal advice, recommending and implementing appropriate policies, practices, and procedures to mitigate risk and control costs, being effective leaders with a focus on strategy, efficiency, and collaboration.
