Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of immigration case management, from initial consultation to case completion.
• Prepare and file various immigration applications, petitions, and motions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining legal procedures and answering their questions with empathy and clarity.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, both physical and electronic.
• Conduct legal research and stay informed about changes in immigration laws and policies.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely filing of documents.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional client service.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Immigration Paralegal is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with immigration case management software is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus, but not required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
