Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a variety of HVAC equipment, including Boilers, Power Burners, Hydronic Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Make Up Air Units (Direct & Indirect Fired), Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Fluid Coolers, Cooling Towers, Data Room Equipment, Critical Space Equipment, Variable Refrigerant Flow Systems, and Large Air Source Heat Pumps. Stay current with technical knowledge on new equipment and concepts. Assess problems and determine whether to repair or replace equipment. Communicate effectively with customers and service team members. Maintain the highest level of professional conduct at all times. Qualifications Experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members. Commitment to maintaining professional conduct. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity. Proficiency in using hand-held electronic devices for documenting service and repair work.
