Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
* Service Operations: Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and job execution.
* Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
* Budget Management: Monitor departmental budgets and performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to company standards and complies with industry regulations, codes, and safety practices.
* Problem Solving: Address and resolve service-related issues and challenges, implementing solutions to enhance service delivery.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the service team.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in HVAC service management or a similar role.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and service procedures.
* Excellent l eadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational efficiency.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
