HVAC Service Manager

This growing company is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee and lead our team of technicians in the successful delivery of Commercial HVAC services to our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Commercial HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a service team.

HVAC Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians while providing guidance, training, and support
• Schedule and dispatch service calls efficiently, ensuring timely response to clients
• Monitor and track performance while providing feedback and accountability
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

HVAC Service Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service and repair and technical knowledge
• Propane and Natural Gas License and EPA 608 Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
