Commercial HVAC Service Manager Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the Service Department ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage dispatchers coordinating service calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide support to estimators with detailed service repair job information.
• Conduct field visits to check on service teams and deliver necessary parts.
• Act as the primary customer contact for service repair jobs ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
