Position Title : House Parent
Location : Boys Ranch, TX (36 miles outside of Amarillo, TX)
Compensation : $37,700 base pay (all bills covered) + Sign-on and retention bonuses, tuition assistance, extensive benefits package

Job Summary :
As a House Parent, you will play a crucial role in providing daily care, guidance, and support to the residents at Boys Ranch. This position involves creating a nurturing, structured environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of each child. You will work closely with a team to ensure the overall management of the home, including budgeting and household duties, while also serving as a positive role model and mentor for the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day care and supervision for residents, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Build and maintain healthy, positive relationships with residents and fellow team members.
• Manage household operations, including budgeting, meal planning, and resource management.
• Support residents in their daily activities, education, and personal development.
• Implement and uphold the Model of Leadership and Service in all interactions.
• Participate in the onboarding and training of new house parents as needed.

Work Schedule :

• 6 days on / 3 days off schedule.
