You will perform comprehensive evaluations of residential properties and deliver accurate, actionable reports to our clients. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties, including structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and exterior systems. • Identify and document safety hazards, defects, or maintenance issues. • Use inspection tools and software to generate accurate and professional reports. • Communicate findings to clients clearly and confidently. • Stay updated on local building codes, standards, and regulations. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: • Licensed home inspector or intern. • Certification through a recognized organization (e.g., ASHI, InterNACHI) is a plus. • Experience in home inspection, construction, or a related field is a bonus. • Strong understanding of building systems and home maintenance principles. • Proficient in using inspection software and basic technology tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Additional Requirements: • Must be able to pass a drug test. • An initial one-week ride-along training period will apply.
