About the Role:
We're looking for self-motivated and proactive independent contractors to work as Field Consultants in your local area. This role offers the flexibility to supplement your current income or potentially become your main source of income.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site high-value property surveys, either in-person or virtually, according to specific customer guidelines.
- Schedule and manage your surveys and assignments.
- Capture detailed photos and measurements of properties, noting any issues for the underwriter's review.
- Use our web-based platform to report findings and generate estimated replacement values for homes, identifying major hazards as needed.
- Interact professionally with homeowners and insurance agents over the phone, via email, and in-person.

Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance adjusting, home appraisals, real estate, or construction is a plus.
- Familiarity with diagramming programs such as CAD, Rapid Sketch, or Xactimate is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
- Professionalism and attention to detail are key.
- Prior experience in underwriting, home inspections, or loss control is desirable but not required.
- A BA or BS degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- You will need a smartphone, tablet, and personal computer.
- A reliable vehicle, auto and general liability insurance, and high-speed internet are required.
- Must have a digital camera or smartphone with a 16mp camera or higher, along with measuring tools such as a laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel.
