Sales Representative (Enrollment Advisor) - Remote Opportunity

Are you an experienced phone salesperson who thrives in a one-call close environment? We're growing fast and need driven, enthusiastic sales professionals to join our team of Enrollment Advisors!

About the Role: As an Enrollment Advisor, you'll benefit from fully pre-booked appointments generated by a variety of high-performing traffic channels. We're scaling quickly, which means there's a high demand for talented sales reps who can make an immediate impact on revenue. Our top performers enjoy access to premium leads and higher-tier opportunities based on their close rates and monthly performance.

We're in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking salespeople who are ready to hit the ground running. If you have experience selling online coaching or training programs in the $5K-$20K+ range, we'd love to hear from you!

Who We're Looking For: This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for candidates with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering consistent results. If your resume highlights your sales achievements, we encourage you to apply.

Over the past six months, our advisors have earned an average of $12,000 in commission each month, with top performers regularly earning $20,000+ and some reaching $30,000+ per month.

Comprehensive Training: We offer a structured training program that includes access to over 20 recorded calls, a long-form script for you to study, and personalized guidance from our Director of Sales and Sales Managers. You'll be set up for success in just about a week!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 30-minute sales calls (about 40 hours per week) to introduce our Elite product to prospects.
Deliver compelling phone presentations within 20-40 minutes, effectively handle objections, and close sales.
Follow our proven sales script while adding your unique personality to help close deals.
Build strong connections with customers by listening to their needs and communicating the value of our offerings.
Utilize our tech systems to track calls and enroll new students.
Participate in regular feedback sessions to continuously improve your performance.

What You Bring:

2+ years of prior sales experience (preferred but not required).
Experience in phone sales is a big plus.
A knack for building relationships and having meaningful conversations with potential customers.
An innate competitive spirit and a history of exceeding quotas.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Flexibility and responsiveness to meet the needs of both prospects and the team.
